Post-acquisition, I transitioned into a Project Manager role, focused on supporting accounting for acquired eCommerce sites. I transitioned to Business Lead role for the Accounting and Treasury Team, providing business liason support for a multi-year transformation from legacy platforms to SAAS Accounting and Billing Systems.Despite initial ambiguity, I collaborated with product management and cross-functional teams to establish a requirements backlog and develop a comprehensive understanding of Accounting and Treasury functions. Throughout the project, I remotely facilitated numerous meetings, provided weekly updates to the Accounting and Treasury Management, and sought out additional project management opportunities.These evolving roles allowed me to leverage my skills, expand my expertise, and enhance my interpersonal and adaptability skills in a dynamic and larger-scale work environment.

Worked with key executive to develop and launch a Marketing tool to over 60 field locations with nearly 100 field personnel. Involved in multiple roles to support production working with production vendor, internal talent, content editing, tool testing, and test market coordination.
