Hello!! My name is Sharonda Miller…..Here’s a little about me. Registered phlebotomist who is well versed in venipuncture, capillary puncture and special phlebotomy procedures. Being committed to maintaining highest quality control and maintaining patient care standards. I also take pride in making sure that I maintain satisfaction from all of my patients and making sure to reduce anxiety or fear from patients before performing phlebotomy procedures. Overall, highly skilled in performing phlebotomy and laboratory procedures and techniques. Upon completion of phlebotomy school, I received a certified phlebotomy technician certification After completion of phlebotomy school, I took the national registry to become a registered phlebotomy technician through American Medical Technologists.I am currently focusing on going to EMT and Paramedic school. I am currently a nursing student at Fayetteville Technical Community College. I plan on going to a 4 year university to continue pursuing Nursing school after I complete my associates degree pursuit at Fayetteville Tech. Community College. After completing a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing school, I wish to go on to medical school with a concentration to become an emergency medical doctor. Experienced customer service expert and well versed in the customer service industry. Over 5+ years of customer service in the fast food and retail industry, I have held several positions in both of these areas of the business and customer service field. With starting out in the fast food industry and then expanding my skills and service to the retail area of customer service, I have at least served a maximum of 8 years in the customer service field in both areas. As a young lady who wishes to serve in the medical field, I also take pride in how I connect and engage with my coworkers and patients. Also I take pride in my community as being an activist and role model for the youth as well as being there to help others and support others.
