Current• Sole front line point of contact through Information phone line, Info@ email and Web Chat for all company, product and technical support inquiries. Strong customer service required to recognize, analyze, solve problems or determine help required to solve and follow-up. • Follow up all sales leads with pricing and information with goal of scheduling full product presentation.• Coordinate with technical support team to ensure customer needs/questions are responded to on a timely basis.• Provide administrative support to Executive Group including preparation of Information Packages with Screen shots and pricing quote after each software presentation.• Collaborate on marketing programs including setting up and maintaining webinar promotions using Constant Contact. • Scheduled follow-ups with all customers to ensure complete satisfaction with purchase and to ensure customer understands how to access support when questions arise.• Client Liaison accountable for all customer database updates including tracking sales and support contracts.• Responsible for annual renewals of support and maintenance contracts. This includes preparing quotes, invoicing and preparation of annual budgets.• Schedule and organize conferences at major Construction Software trade-shows. Follow through with booth services setup, banner updates, “hand out” requirements, giveaways and travel arrangements.• Member of QA team for new software releases to ensure product working seamlessly before release.
