I am the founder and CEO of Priority Coaching, a global executive coaching and consulting firm. Many of my clients are ready to take on a job of greater responsibility or have recently been promoted--all want to be thoughtful about the transition to the new role and to avoid mistakes. I also work with CEOs and senior executives who want to talk about leadership; people issues; work/life balance; and other issues that keep them up at night. I also help senior executives move on to jobs that better fit their strengths and wishes. I primarily work with CEOs and senior leaders in major corporations, healthcare systems, non-profits, and universities. I also coach founders, CEOs, and senior leaders in scaling startups in several countries. I have contributed to the Harvard Business Review and I often speak at conferences and workshops about leadership, Executive Presence, Impostor Syndrome, and Women and Power. Throughout my career, I have worked with over 300 Fortune 100 corporations, healthcare systems, universities, non-profits, and start-ups throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. Prior to founding Priority Coaching, I was the CEO of Priority Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a company that provided mental health services to employees in major corporations and their family members. Having built and run a successful nationwide company, I'm familiar with the challenges posed for executives operating in ever changing work environments with intense competition in the marketplace.
