I am the founder and CEO of Priority Coaching, a global executive coaching and consulting firm. Many of my clients are ready to take on a job of greater responsibility or have recently been promoted--all want to be thoughtful about the transition to the new role and to avoid mistakes. Prior to founding Priority Coaching, I was the CEO of Priority Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a company that provided mental health services to employees in major corporations and their family members.
