Her mission is simple: to see as many employees as possible have access to the best of what modern healthcare has to offer, and yet save employers unprecedented bottomline resources. Each client has different needs. As Founder and CEO of Integrity Benefit Solutions, Sharon enjoys working with employers to first identify the underlying cause of their group benefits issues, and then generating a corresponding strategic solution: a carefully thought through action plan that maintains maximum flexibility and sustainability even as it grows. When not reinventing the way we think about group benefits, Sharon spends much of her downtime with her husband at their home in northern Kansas City as well as travelling to the lake or across country looking for adventure in their RV.
