As Founder and CEO of Integrity Benefit Solutions, Sharon enjoys working with employers to first identify the underlying cause of their group benefits issues, and then generating a corresponding strategic solution: a carefully thought through action plan that maintains maximum flexibility and sustainability even as it grows. When not reinventing the way we think about group benefits, Sharon spends much of her downtime with her husband at their home in northern Kansas City as well as travelling to the lake or across country looking for adventure in their RV.
