At Integrate, a start-up disrupting the K-12 learning management space, I evaluated users’ experiences with learning management systems (LMS) and used insights from UX research to drive the design of Integrate’s core platform features. • Advised executives on research scope and overarching research questions; identified appropriate research methods and helped product leadership assess and mitigate product risks• Explored the LMS (learning management system) admin user experience through remote moderated studies and analyzed user needs across various user segments (institutional settings and geographies)• Collaborated with stakeholders to incorporate findings into product design and roadmap

At 2U, the largest online program manager in digital education, I investigated user experiences with 2U’s enterprise technology. In this role, I led large-scale research that led to measurable improvements in aligning user and business needs, as well as $ multi-million savings from gains in process efficiencies. Key projects:• Conducted mixed-method research into both user and admin experiences of onboarding and provisioning vendors; collaborated on iterative prototype design and testing and evaluated user satisfaction after product landing;• Reduced onboarding from 12 to <1 weeks and led to +$4M savings in vendor budget• Led systematic exploration of account manager reporting needs; worked with data scientists to leverage insights for design of executive BI dashboard that allowed account managers to answer customer questions in real time• saved ~700 hrs/quarter on report creation and became top 10% daily used tool after org-wide roll-out• Spearheaded exploratory UXR into how teams track and account for project resources, mapped user journeys and synthesized findings into actionable recommendations that informed new accounting solution, saving +30M/yr • Ran Co-Design sessions and UX workshops for cross-functional stakeholders aligning user and business needs
