During the Covid lockdowns of 2020, Sharon used her considerable event management skills to develop an online piano teaching business which grew, in spite of the circumstances. Quickly adopting developing software and integrating the right hardware, and building robust admin systems allowed for this growth. Since then, she's expanded the musical offerings to include many more instruments, and now employs a team of teachers, delivering both in person and online music education. She's the founder of the Group Guitar program, developed with one of her teachers. This program is available to other studios and is currently in use in a number of countries around the world.
