When I found myself back home on the east coast at the end of 2103 after a difficult transition in my life, I was nervous about my prospects. For years I worked for desirable companies in the tech and entertainment industries, helping people along their career journeys to find their next big opportunity. I loved working in those creative and innovative fields with interesting people and wasn't sure how I would fare working in banking or healthcare.Who knew that I would spend the next 10 years of my life working for a financial services company?!
