A career in sports management, working at elite level through to grassroots, with athletes, clubs, communities, and brands, gave me the opportunity to observe and be part of the teams behind the scenes.This experience inspired my qualification in personal development coaching, and a portfolio of work helping clients whatever their role, build on their strengths, develop confidence and create opportunity. Sometimes life doesn’t go to plan, and the ability to work at psychological depth demands a therapeutic approach, which led to my complementary qualification as an integrative counsellor. As a dual practitioner, I can offer support in building foundations and restoration, as well as planning for the future.
