As a Manager with Deloitte’s US Global team, I lead and execute strategic market and organizational initiatives in partnership with senior stakeholders to facilitate seamless client delivery across our global member firms and drive overall US-global market engagement to scale growth and impact. With certifications in design thinking, change management, and coaching, I also serve as a Deloitte Greenhouse-certified facilitator, designing and delivering immersive and interactive experiences for our global clients and teams to solve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. Prior to joining the team, I led large-scale technology, organizational, and business transformation initiatives as part of Deloitte's Human Capital practice.Outside of my day-to-day, I have authored publications on innovation, leadership, and the social sector, and am an award-winning author of a book on living and leading from the heart.
