Responsibilities include the training of staff in computers, setting usage standards. Conducting “Standards” audits, investigating new training materials and methodologies. Other responsibilities included -development of courses, preparation of monthly reports, design and supervision of new systems, project management, set up projects.The methodologies used over the years have been vast and include the Kirkpatrick Model. The method of training is delivered based on the needs, the trainee, and the task being performed. The method should suit the audience, the content, the business, and the learning objective.
