I am the co-founder TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. that was formed with my husband in 1995 with the mission of "Educate*Service*Inspire." We are committed to high quality customer service and providing excellent programs and services to help our clients improve job productivity of their employees on topics such as leadership, customer service, harassment, interviewing. We offer and facilitate interpersonal skills programs, including our suite of Everything DiSC assessment-based programs and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program. We also provide executive coaching, a powerful 360 online feedback program. We also offer an insightful hiring/selection assessment called PXT Select. I personally am very committed to helping others reach their full potential through a combination of business skills and community service. My community involvement is highly focused on our own foundation, Bite Me Cancer, which was founded by our daughter in September 2010 after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of 17. Bite Me Cancer raises research funds and awareness for thyroid cancer (one of the fastest growing cancers in the US for men and women), and Bite Me Cancer also supports and inspires teenagers battling all kinds of cancers. Our special Teen Support Bags are distributed to hospitals across the country for those teens fighting cancer. In addition to Bite Me Cancer, I am committed to Leadership Fairfax, CARE Awards of Northern Virginia Family Service, Reston Chamber and Northern Virginia Chamber.
