I recently re-established my management consultancy, One2One Solutions. I offer collaborative strategy, process design, consultations, evaluations, and strategic planning across various sectors. Recent projects include - Completion of Evaluation of the Dublin Hospital Homeless Discharge Protocol and Inclusion Health Services. Completed April to October 2023 for HSE Acute Hospital Services and HSE Social Inclusion Services. This evaluation used a broad and extensive mixed methods approach to understanding the scale and impact of an innovative Inclusion Health Service on meeting the needs of homeless persons in the St James and Mater Hospital region. Client HSE Acute Hospice Services / HSE Social Inclusion Services 2023-Completion of a Strategic Action Plan for Refugees and Applicants seeking Protection in DNCC 2024. Client: General Manager HSE Social Inclusion, 2023/2024- Completion of an evaluation of the Pharmacy Benevolent Fund. Led three strategic planning cycles over 11 years, leading a team of 50+ driving the organization’s long-term vision.Significantly expanded commercial reach and income through state grants and fundraising initiatives.Spearheaded the development of a national children’s palliative care service in partnership with the HSE and Department of Health.Launched the innovative @CARU program in nursing homes, securing major state and philanthropic funding.Established the National Bereavement Support Line, providing critical support nationwide.

The Family Support Agency was a Government Agency operating under the aegis of the Department of Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs. The FSA was expanded to become TULSA. Nominated by the Minister for Justice Frances Fitzgerald, My role was to chair the organisation as it prepared to merge with TUSLA services.

As founding CEO, delivered the agency’s first strategy Built critical supports for women facing crisis pregnancies—many, like the Options program, still in use today. Developed initiatives to increase contraception use and led groundbreaking research, including the first-ever national sexual health survey, shaping future advancements in the field.

Established new departments and developed teams in two separate Health Board areas. Built on my professional qualifications in Health Promotion and Nutrition. Developed strategic direction as well as established strong links with voluntary and community groups.
