Responsible for financial reports at the monthly Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings.

As Past President of the WCR Ohio Chapter, my duty is to preside as Chair of the Nominating Committee and to work with the Committee members to select candidates for each office (at least one for each), to present the report in writing to the Secretary who presents the report to the General Membership at least 10 days prior to the annual Election Meeting.

My responsibilities as OAR Director include attending quarterly meetings and participating in decision making that affects policy and services to our membership.

Served as Ways & Means Chair and as President.

My role is to serve as a resource and advisor to the Ohio Women's Council Networks, ensuring that they function according to the Bylaws for each and in compliance with the National Women's Council of Realtors.

Served as Chair of the annual Fashion Show/Dessert Auction fundraiser. Ran for Treasurer of the WCR Ohio State Chapter and was elected to serve for 2012. Elected to serve as Secretary in 2013. Elected to serve as President-elect in 2014. Serving as President of WCR Ohio for 2015; Serving as Past President of WCR Ohio for 2016.

Served three years as a Director for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors. Serving currently or have served on the following committees/task forces: Fun Fest committee; Golf Outing Task Force; Holiday Reception (Toys for Tots) Task Force; Foundation Fundraising Task Force; Partners in Education Committee; Strategic Planning Committee; Community Service Committee, Vice Chair; Membership Services Committee

Educator of special education population. Program Coordinator for a MicroSociety School. Held local and state level offices within Council for Exceptional Children, an international organization advocating for the educational needs of students with exceptionalities .

From 1986, worked as sales associate with Hearth Realty, the largest Real Estate Brokerage in Greene County, at the time. Hearth was sold to Coldwell Banker, where my license remained in a holding company until 2003, when I joined Irongate Inc., Realtors.
