Developed and managed the children, youth, and family division, a new program that services children, youth and their families ages 5-29 in DC. Provided and supervised intake, person-centered treatment planning, diagnostic assessments, and referrals. Oversaw management of 11 community support workers, and therapist, and worked collaboratively with the clinical team (psychiatrists, nurse, community support workers, therapists) to ensure quality of care. •Provided weekly clinical supervision to a team of community support workers and to clinical staff.•Assigned referrals to community support workers and therapists.•Approved approximately 500 billing notes on a weekly basis. •Ensured compliance of clinical documentation and clinical records for team. •Developed person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve goals. •Formulated diagnoses through assessments and made recommendations for service delivery. •Provided weekly individual therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy for a caseload of 10 low- income dual diagnosis clients.•Participated in biweekly clinical manger meetings and team meetings. •Assisted in the hiring of new CSWs and clinical staff. •Worked collaboratively with the clinical team of community support workers, psychiatrists, and nurses to coordinate outside referrals, consults, and connect clients with resources.
