Currently a Director and owner of LBCA, an Accountancy practice based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. I started my career at LBCA when I was eighteen as the office junior and receptionist and have worked at the firm ever since and in every role at the practice. I progressed through the company gaining wide experience of all accountancy matters including tax, audit, accounts, due diligence, management information, VAT, bookkeeping, payroll and company secretarial. This has given me a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of the services we offer, enabling me to deliver the right advice to all our clients for the present and future. During my time at LBCA I also gained a degree from the University of Hertfordshire and my professional qualifications. LBCA pride ourselves on being friendly, approachable and tailoring our services directly to our clients needs. We enjoy providing this personalised approach which can include regular management meetings, management accounts and future planning. We love to be closely involved in our clients businesses and take great pride in helping them grow. We work with a wide range of SMEs across Hertfordshire and the South East, including clients in retail, travel, logistics, telecommunications and leisure.The majority of our clients have been with us since formation simply because of the personalised service we offer them and much of our new business comes from client referral.
