The Leadership Academy is where leaders at any, and all, stages of their leadership journey from the Irish nonprofit sector come together to learn from and inspire each other.As the Leadership Academy Manager I manage all activites related to the Leadership Academy including:- Stakeholder Engagement; My primary function is to liaise with individuals and organisations in the Irish nonprofit sector to establish what their leadership upskilling needs are and to help identify pathways to address these-Event Management: I designing, develop and deliver our Leadership Event Series, the Breakfast Clubs. I identify themes for discussion, speakers and venues for the event. I oversee all logistics for the event as well as promotion and follow up.- Collaborations: Where I identify upskilling needs, I liaise with member organisations to develop programmes to address needs. I also liaise with external academic providers to develop discounts and pathways for people in the sector to access upskilling opportunites that may other wise be unavailable to them. -Communications: I am responsible for developing and updating the Leadership Academy wesbite as well as designing any new online resources required such as our Leadership Cooach and Mentoring Directory. I run all Social media for The Leadership Academy and regularly collaborate on articles with partners.-Speaking and Training: I regularly design, develop and deliver training sessions on various leadership topics and I also regularly speak at external events.
