Legacy - Global Technology - migrate/implement a global Document Management System to provide a consistent standard in document sharing, and storage.2. Market Insights - create a more robust and filterable in-app notifications (timeline) experience, as well as create a push notification system to encourage users to interact with the app in real-time.3. Enterprise Platform - expand to be Warner Music’s global real-time artist update and marketing collaboration platform, providing full insight into all marketing campaigns in one central place.4. Cyber Security Risk Management – work closely with the cyber security team to protect our systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks.5. Warner Chappell Music - Create an Opus Notifier app which WMG employees can subscribe to and receive notifications when specific tracks are added/removed from playlists. Implement a Contract Workflow for complex Music Artist Contracts using standard Account, Contact, and Contract salesforce abilities. Because our contracts are very complex, and we wanted many metadata details, we created custom objects and custom screens to be able to quickly enter and view the data.6. Artist & Rights & Legal – Worked on Notifier an iOS application providing marketing and sales teams the ability to follow their focus tracks on the top playlists at Spotify and Apple Music.
