Successfully lobbied other major agricultural commodity traders to adopt moratoria on deforestation in their palm oil supply chains.

• Advised philanthropic and NGO clients on strategy design for shifting palm oil sector toward adoption and implementation of zero deforestation and sustainability commitments. Crafted a campaign strategy outlining targets and pathways for persuading Wilmar, the world’s largest palm oil trader, to adopt a zero deforestation sourcing policy; later this strategy employed by civil society actors to drive forward this successful campaign.
