I am currently an Australian Research Council Kathleen Fitzpatrick Laureate Fellow, a John Curtin Distinguished Professor at Curtin University, and the Director of the Centre for Transformative Work Design (www.transformativeworkdesign.com). The Centre for Transformative Work Design conducts research and consulting into the topic of work design. The centre is part of Curtin's Future of Work Institute within the Faculty of Business and Law. My primary role is conducting research in the field of organisational behaviour. I also teach, consult, and engage in leadership development.
