Responsible for complete investigation of City of Pittsburgh employees to include interviewing all parties; gathering related documentation; surveillance; neighborhood canvasses; legal research. Responsible for writing the final opinion on each investigation which draws the appropriate legal conclusion based upon information gathered and legal research conducted. Responsible for tracking over 150 active cases for 4 Assistant City Solicitors (Litigation Dept). Conduct investigations for each of these cases. Coordinates with all levels of the City government Schedule depositions and draft summaries. Prepare specialized documents for use at trial.

Present computer software classes for the 70 staff members (attorneys, and legal/non-legal staff). Setup software, taught classes and performed problem-solving duties for all new software Assisted attorneys in preparing for court by the design and production of all special documents

As commander for a Military Intelligence unit assigned to the National Security Agency, fully responsible for the health, morale, training, discipline and technical proficiency of over 200 soldiers. Performed management, training and legal duties, to include the application of the discipline, briefings for senior military commanders, and training of the soldiers' basic skills.Worked with Army lawyers on legal cases under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
