I am a Partner at KPMG Customer and Operations, focusing on purpose activation, customer led strategy and innovation across both the private and public sectors.Over the course of my 15 years’ experience as a management consultant you will have found me assisting my clients with their business strategy, leading design teams for large scale transformation programs, leading service design teams, running innovation programs and helping my clients define and activate their purpose. I thrive on variety and the thrill of solving complex wicked problems. All these experiences have influenced me in different ways and has enabled me to focus my work on two areas that I am passionate about:1. Person centered design and innovation – for too long organisations have designed services and products from an inside out perspective and I am on a mission to bring the voice of real people with lived experiences to the core of more organisations by influencing and designing strategies, services, products and business that people love.2. Purpose – through my purpose work I help my clients first connect and define their purpose before aligning their strategy to this purpose and then co-designing with them how they will activate their purpose to bring sustainable long term value to all of their stakeholders – employees, customers, shareholders and society as a whole.I am a purpose driven and seek to make a difference in the lives of people at an individual and system level. My purpose guides my role as a leader, whether I am working for the CXO or co-designing experiences with people needing to access public services.
