I as a Customer Relations Manager am responsible for several companies. With the support of a professional team that includes credit referents, analysts and legal advisors, provides customers with a range of services for conducting transactions in Israel and abroad – in a professional, efficient and rapid manner adapted to the customer's requirements. Two support networks operate within the Corporate Division:The foreign trade network:Responsible for conducting foreign trade activity, carrying out trade transactions and financing these transactions, providing import-export services and foreign currency transfers for importers and exporters through various service channels: branches, foreign trade centers, electronic media (a customer communications system and EDI) and in the near future, the Internet. A Foreign Trade Transactions Department operates within the network, specializing in structuring complex foreign trade transactions (foreign currency and incoming and outgoing foreign trade guarantees), transaction finance and international project finance.It is worth noting that assets in Israel are also accepted as collateral for credit lines that are used for current activity.
