In April 2019, seeing the hustle it is for households around me to get their waste recycled, the Recyclean idea is born. With my brother as co-founder, we create a doorstep collect service of recyclables for households, based on a subscription basis.From planning of collects to carbon efficient itineraries, from sorting to waste deliveries, we take care of everything.

It was my mother's dream to one day own a restaurant and my dream was to share a business adventure with her. Together we created the whole concept, from menu to logo, decor and interior set up, we built everything from scratch. After finding one of our take away bags at the beach, just about to get in the sea, we take the bold decision of closing the restaurant 16 months after it's opening.

These four years as Managing Director of the company, I handled the daily running of the business and had to manage a team of up to 15 employees. From client meetings to costings and quotations for projects starting at MUR 300K and above. A learning curve in becoming the entrepreneur I am today and the biggest challenge I took at 28 years old.
