Sharon Hollis is a businesswoman and visionary. She is a director of Hollis Capital Holdings, with a focus on acquiring small to mid-size businesses in the healthcare, SaaS and home services. Sharon holds the position of CEO at Luxury Elective Healthcare, a consulting group providing product procurement, digital marketing solutions and exit planning for healthcare and wellness companies. A full-service company focused on improving the revenue and scaling the company's growth whether for exit or simply to build a more profitable business.Notably, Sharon is co-founder and former CEO of InnovaQor, a cutting-edge health technology company that focuses on creating innovative solutions for medical professionals and facilities, and co-founder and former VP of Operations for Rennova Health, formerly Medytox Solutions, Inc. a healthcare company diversified in both operations of clinical laboratories and rural hospitals.Prior to assuming leadership of InnovaQor, Sharon started her first business at the age of eighteen and has since led the incorporation of multiple business entities from startup to initial public offering. She has spearheaded the development of a variety of SaaS solutions including customer relationship management (CRM) tools, laboratory information systems (LIS), electronic veterinarian medical record (EVMR) systems, proprietary laboratory order & reporting software, and multiple data analytic dashboards. Sharon grew up in the UK where she studied dance and performing arts at the Urdang Academy of Ballet & Performing Arts. She was the lead dancer in Saturday Night Fever when it premiered in the West End and co-founded the Street Dance International dance association. After moving to the US, she pursued real estate for several years in both NY and FL before establishing and running operations for Rennova’s laboratories, software and various subsidiaries.
