Program Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to the Division Chair, Program Manager, Faculty, staff and students. Primary duties included:Acting as primary liaison to the Business Office and Admission Coordinator. Process and carefully track purchase orders for meetings and events, process reimbursements for Division Faculty, staff and students using Concur, assist faculty, students and University guest by making both international and national travel arrangements, assist with preparing students for summer internships, process student workers and graduate assistant appointments for program administration, respond to telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries, scheduling room reservations for numerous weekly meetings, mail distribution, responsible for event planning and coverage, student orientation and accepted applicant receptions along with other assigned duties.
