After a long and successful tenure with Astellas Pharma Australia (detailed below), I joined Sobi in a dynamic role, charged to co-build and operationalise the Australian Affiliate operation from inception, and subsequently lead patient services, digital, and compliance business functions, whilst overseeing various parts of the business. Commencing in May 2015 as Pharmacovigilance Manager, I steadily progressed through roles of greaterresponsibility, culminating in the position of Senior Manager, Medical Excellence and Operations. Here, I oversaw organisational performance, and critically, led the operation through a significant change process, transitioning the strategic vision from product, to patient-driven. To achieve this, I overhauled business strategy from top down, leading from the front to embed the patient-centric mindset and behaviours required for success.
