My name is Sharon Lundgren, I am a national trial consultant based in Texas with a PhD in social psychology. My expertise includes attitude change and persuasion, group dynamics, and experimental design in applied settings such as the jury and bench trials. I have a keen interest in intellectual property and antitrust cases, as well as an extra focus on the Texas juror. I've consulted on complex and high risk civil and criminal cases in federal and state jurisdictions throughout the country, assisting trial teams with case strategy, juror attitude and belief identification, juror profile development and jury selection, witness preparation, juror interviews, and in monitoring trials. I serve in work alliances with several national and local trial consultants.I also served as an adjunct professor of law in trial advocacy at the University of Houston. I've published articles on persuasion and jury psychology ranging from professional psychology journals to Continuing Legal Education manuals, as well as a book chapter on conflict resolution. I've spoken at various legal seminars throughout Texas and conducted interviews on various jury issues with newspapers and radio stations across the country.
