• Reconcile 54 accounts quarterly according to GAAP• Review Agreed Upon Procedures from Lower Tier properties for issues• Work directly and indirectly with auditors to ensure audits are completed timely• Trained new financial reporting staff member • Assist with financial reporting process when needed

• Supervise a staff of 6 to 20• Supervise the reconciliation of 200 + accounts• Review accounts to ensure transactions were posted timely and accurately according to GAAP• Review all financial reports for accuracy before they were sent to our clients• Review all accounts on a monthly basis to ensure performance numbers were accurate• Identify and explain large jumps in performance from one month to the next• Obtain corporate action instructions from the portfolio managers for all portfolio accounts and instruct the custodians on those instructions• Instruct portfolio administration staff at multiple locations on the proper entries to book all corporate actions• Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act make updates as necessary• Interview potential new accountants and take part in the hiring decisions• Provide new staff with training and supply existing staff with continued training

• Supervise a staff of 6 to 8• Supervise the reconciliation of 8 to 10 mutual funds• Review accounts to ensure transactions were posted timely and accurately according to GAAP and the NAVs are accurate• Review all financial reports for accuracy before they were sent to our clients• Write closing entries for all funds at year end• Review PFIC and Wash Sales reports for preparation of the taxes for all assigned funds• Interview potential new accountants and take part in the hiring decisions• Provide new staff with training and supply existing staff with continued training

• Review existing procedures and make any need updates• Write procedures for existing processes• Write disaster recovery procedures for the corporate action instruction process• Obtain corporate action instructions from the portfolio managers for all mutual funds reconciled in Ft. Lauderdale and instruct the custodians on those instructions• Instruct the Fund Accounting staff on the proper entries to book all corporate actions• Assist the fund accounting supervisors as needed with the review of financial statements• Provide fund accounting staff with training on all new procedures and corporate actions• Design an interest accrual excel spreadsheet to be used incase of OneTIS system issues
