•Responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery and management of strategic products to the EMEA market, especially in area of Point-Of-Sale. •Managing the end-to-end product development cycle for EMEA, from contributing to business cases for new products, through product vision documentation, to testing, release and finally product migration. •Measured adoption for key products to ensure that strategic goals were not only met, but exceeded.•Liaison between the technology teams and the various business units within the organisation including our Joint Ventures partners and external companies, to ensure smooth release of Products •Undertake internal and external customer demonstrations on products and Sabre’s Roadmap •Ensure internal and external communication and acceptance of new product releases •Manage Product Plan for EMEA, including gathering and collating market requirements for Core Sabre Products•Acting as the key interface between EMEA and the Global Product Marketing and Product Management teams

Managed the Customer present-back on outcome and recommendation.Project managed beta-test activities, including beta success criteria, user requirements, scheduling of testing, customer training and support until product release. Corporate Business Travel for a Customer Call Centre and various corporate in house offices, serving a variety of Corporate Accounts. My duties included arranging all our clients travel needs from air reservations, ticketing, refunds, car and hotel reservations, rail travel, national and international.
