I am a passionate environmental scientist with 13 years experience consulting to a variety of industries. I am effective, efficient and able to think outside the box in order to identify feasible environmental solutions tailored to specific client goals. I started out my career at Eskom Technology Services International, undertaking impact assessments and environmental research relating to Eskom business. I have since worked at 3 independent consulting firms, undertaking environmental assessments and environmental auditing for various business sectors.In 2009 I formed Envirokey Management Services cc, focusing on environmental authorisations, auditing and management planning. In 2011 I have expanded that focus to incorporate strategic environmental philosophy, with emphasis on sustainability. I am very interested in investigating organisational sustainability in terms of company vision and culture!In 2013 Envirokey was absorbed by Zitholele Consulting (Pty) Ltd and I am currently the Divisional Leader for the Enviromental Management Services. Zitholele is a dynamic and innovative company and I am enjoying the opportunity to work with brilliant like-minded consultants and engineers. Every environmental authorisation or licensing process is unique and I equate environmental consulting with saving the planet, one EIA at a time. I am a generalist environmental consultant, and I love working in a team with specialist consultants to arrive at a practical solution to an environmental impact. I have many years experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants and assisting them in finding their own process methodology. I have built good relationships with my staff, my colleagues, my clients and the Department officials that I have had the pleasure to work with.
