Lead a team of software developers. We've developed a data-powered health & wellness application, and digitised nutrition & lifestyle solutions for more than 33 diseases. Recommendations go beyond providing caloric requirements, into providing actual nutrients one must consume to address the disease. Our application allows our patients to input the foods they eat and establish the recommended nutrients that are missing in their meals.III. Providing 12-week corporate health & wellness programs that rendered online and in-person, as well as weight-loss, stress management and diabetes programs. The Lishe Living runs 12-week health & wellness programs that help patients and health seekers to adopt and maintain healthy choices. We teach our clients how to make simple, fun and intuitive changes in their nutrition, physical activity & mood dispositions.Our aim is to develop a network of healthy, engaged, productive and happy people in Africa, while preventing, reversing or arresting the lifestyle diseases that are becoming quite common. What makes us different from other health-tech companies is that we have in-house team of health scientists who carry out research, and constantly improve recommendations, based on new findings on how best to prevent, reverse or arrest these diseases.

In August 2012, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in East Africa established the African Institutions Innovation Mechanism (AIIM)-Assist program with ACDI/VOCA, to provide technical assistance and capacity building related support to USAID missions in Feed the Future (FTF) focus countries, and regional partners of USAID East Africa. Through its support to these organizations, AIIM-Assist strengthens institutions to manage successfully USAID development programs and take on greater leadership roles in regional agriculture. As the Specialist, I:- Manage AIIM-Assist client relationships to ensure they understand their role in strengthening their organisational systems by working in concert with the AIIM-Assist team to build their capacity.- Work directly with clients to raise visibility of USAID funded programs by training them on how to use, and write, success stories to share program knowledge, lessons and successes. I also train clients on branding and marking.- Write success stories to illustrate how AIIM-Assist supports the efforts of USAID partners in East Africa to reduce poverty through Agriculture.- Manage consultants. I work under the supervision of the Chief of Party to recruit consultants, and submit their documents to USAID for approval. The role includes negotiating with consultants to accept program fee rates, and scheduling them for work.- Provide direct assistance to clients through facilitating organizational capacity assessments (OCAs), and developing strategic plans.- Support the Institutional Strengthening Specialist by developing scopes of work for consultants, and co-facilitating training workshops, and hosting meetings to discuss capacity building.- Manage the AIIM-Assist online monitoring & evaluation system.- Edit consultant reports before submission to clients and USAID.- Draft monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports to report on the AIIM-Assist program.
