Through Lishe Living’s 12-week health programs for diabetes, hypertension, weight loss or stress management, patients and health-seekers can acquire new habits that markedly improve their quality of life.Sharon heads a team of health scientists and software developers who research and analyse crucial health and nutrition data, and digitizes it. Her aim is to enable affordable nutrition care for patients. Sharon has a background as a communications expert on the USAID-funded Feed the Future project, AIIM-Assist, something which inspired the decision to launch her start-up. She also acted in MTV Shuga, a HIV TV drama, and has been featured talking about health and behaviour change on CNN African Voices, Black Entertainment Television (BET), Voice of America (VOA), as well as on several radio stations in Kenya, Zambia, and the United States. Sharon’s mission is to transform lives, and through Lishe Lifestyle Ltd. she is already making strides.
