Responsible for hiring of clinical and clerical float staff. Responsible for education and counseling of all staff. Managing daily schedule of 20+ employees and 10 locations. Independently saw patients for management of their coumadin therapy twice a week.

Managed Clinical staff at both locations. Responsible for clinical supply ordering, pharmaceutical ordering, education and safety of staff.
