Sharon has a career of over 20 years, concentrating on Human Resources and executive search. She has worked with global organisations, including Barclays, Barclaycard, Lloyds Banking Group, Kellogg, Carlsberg, Astra Zeneca, Rolls Royce, and TUI, bringing significant expertise in appointing board level HR leaders on a national and international basis.Her extensive expert subject knowledge have enabled her to contribute to both specialist and national media articles, including The Sunday Times, Insider magazine, and specialist CIPD produced literature, and she is regularly requested, as a mentor and a coach to provide consultancy advice to senior/board level individuals and organisations. In 2000, Sharon co-founded Strategi Executive Search, an international HR resourcing firm. After the sale of the business, she retained responsibility for the merged business post sale and International markets. Sharon decided to exit in April 2011. Over the last year, she has been focused on an in-depth piece of research in conjunction with Warwick Business School and Criticaleye (Network of Leaders) around ‘Broadening the CEO Succession Pool’. Mullwood Partnership continue with industry leading research and executive search, and Sharon also works with a number of organisations as a non-executive director advising on business growth and stability.Sharon operates as a maverick within the Wavelength community and utilises her extensive network to ‘connect’ and provide insight into social entrepreneurialism, combining the most globally admired organisations with social entrepreneurs to create organisations that make profit and enable powerful social change.Sharon held management positions with TMP Worldwide, HW Group and Daniels Bates Partnership.
