Advise and assist in planning, directing and reporting of the activities of one or more functional areas within a department. Assist in the development and implementation of the department’s programs. Assist with budgeting and staffing necessary to meet contractual obligations. Contribute to the short and long term vision and planning for the department. Assist in developing and/or managing the implementation of policies, processes, and training.Provides leadership, direction, and management oversight for all aspects of IPTM's grant projects to include multiple statewide highway safety programs. Manages and participates in multi-disciplinary statewide committees and advisory groups. Liaisons with the Florida Department of Transportation, law enforcement agencies, and other highway safety partners in support of IPTM's grant programs.
