Sharon Neeley is a Human Resources Generalist at Sundaram Clayton Limited. Colleagues describe them as "Sharon worked with us in our Atlanta facility for over two years. Being in a remote location Sharon had to deal with communicating and implementing new corporate programs and practices balancing them against local human resource problems/issues in our rapidly growing and changing environment. Sharon was able to develop close relationships with the plant associates and was a most effective advocate for them. Dealing with a diverse, multi-ethnic population added to these challenges. She quickly identified and resolved local issues; and always proposed at least one solution to a problem she felt she was not in a position to resolve herself due to organization, or positional, constraints. Sharon was the lead HR person in bringing our HR practices to, at that time, recently acquired Branch Operations in California, New Jersey and Michigan. Sharon was professional in working with people at every level of the organization, equally comfortable interacting with hourly associates and senior executives alike.
