About Sharon N.
My duty as an Operations Scheduler was to ensure all engineers working days are full and productive. I have been responsible for the Southwest as well as the Anglian Region booking in all the planned preventive maintenances as well as any logged breakdowns, remedial repairs following the PM and all chargeable work is booked. In my 1st year I was involved with a Continuous Improvement Parts Process which was implemented in the Southwest then rolled out across the UK which I am proud of.In my Operations department I am also back up cover for the North East/North West & Scotland and will assist the Thames Team should they need support which I do enjoy helping other people as it’s a natural trait I have. I am genuinely very passionate about looking after my customers and providing them with a high quality level of after-sales support. I take pride in delivering a friendly professional service to both internal and external customers. I believe that if you provide poor after-sales support to your customers they will not return for further business; this is why I know my role is very important, and is key in the strength and expansion of any business.
