About Sharon Paley

My superpower is to bring your vision to life, grow your team, and massively increase your impact. I consult with mission-motivated, visionary leaders to help them achieve an audacious dream. Leaders whose talents are best used creating the vision, being the face of the organization, and raising awareness. But these leaders need a catalyst to actually build their dream organization. If you are looking to grow your organization 10x in five years, to restructure for excellent stability, or to build from the ground up, you will need a thought partner like me, who offers three legs of a vital stool – strategy, execution, and development. It’s about a whole lot more than keeping the trains running on time (though I can help do that too).My experience in nonprofits began in fundraising. And, over the years, I’ve raised money from individuals, corporations, and philanthropic foundations. This experience is at the core of my ability to shape, challenge, and add to the contours of a vision so it can be successfully and realistically positioned to prospective funders. Then we can take on my favorite part of scaling an organization -- building and managing a team. I’ve had great success hiring the right folks while keeping the organization’s values front and center. I am excited to create a culture that makes your organization a workplace of choice. Let’s talk about how I can support your organization whether you’ve secured an unrestricted grant, are just getting off the ground, or need to develop a new vision into reality.
