In the capacity of Account Director (June 2009- March 2011), led the team that pitched and won the Tata Docomo business & handled its launch.As Group Manager in Strategic Planning (May 07-June 09) I worked on vital client relationships like Tata Indicom, Zodiac, Tata Corporate, TCS and new business. I worked on arriving at the strategic approach to various client issues using qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behavior, economic trends and distilling understanding into relevant insights. This also included mining consumer insights using proprietary tools Litmus, Mind&Mood etc to design the framework of communication.From June 2001 to April 2007, I handled the communication & operational responsibility on key clients Tata Motors, Tata Indicom, S C Johnson and Zurich AMC. This included the launch of the Tata Indigo Marina, the Indica V2 facelift campaign, Indica V2 Petrol contest, corporate identity campaign for Tata Indicom and many others.
