CurrentAs CEO of Dasher, I am responsible for ensuring positive customer experiences and cultivating a culture driven by Dasher’s core values: customer service; accountability; caring and respect; teamwork; able to learn; and positivity.Dasher influences people to think and act in ways that improve the efficiency and quality of the services they receive. We communicate valuable information primarily by building trusting relationships with people that create opportunities for people to make good decisions.To that end, Dasher utilizes a technology-driven set of communications capabilities to communicate with people in ways that they prefer and in ways that cause people to take action.I earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from William Howard Taft University and a BA in Communications and Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.Serving the community is very important to me and I have a long service record supporting both commerce and the community of Central Pennsylvania. This includes serving as co-chair of the 2013 – 2017 Capital Region Economic Development (CREDC) Campaign, which raised $2.5M. It was my great honor to chair the United Way of Capital Region's Annual Campaign in 2014 and we raised $12M to meet the needs of the less fortunate. Currently I am the host of the podcast, C Speak, The Language of Executives, produced by WITF public broadcasting. I am also on the PennHOSA Foundation board, an organization dedicated to providing scholarships for higher education in health service professions.
