As a member of Hadassah’s executive team, I help build membership, philanthropic support and participation in the national programs, initiatives and campaigns that advance Hadassah’s mission. I oversee a group of professionals responsible for Hadassah’s editorial strategy, copywriting for print and digital assets, social media and public relations, executive communications, and, in partnership with colleagues in other divisions, member and donor communications.

Directed publication of award-winning print and digital employee communications - including homepage of the corporate intranet, newsletters and e-communications.Helped improve employee engagement. From 2007 to 2013, overall employee engagement scores rose four points, participation rates increased from 66 percent to 71 percent and communications scores jumped eight points (huge in the world of engagement).Doubled page views for our intranet home page content as a result of a facelift that included new design elements and user-friendly features.Advised CEO and other senior leaders on message development, and crafted executive communications that advanced employee awareness of mission, vision, goals and brand promise; informed and educated about system-wide initiatives and industry trends; enhanced leadership visibility and transparency; and built employee engagement.
