We planned and ran new sewer, water and gas to the property and remodeled each of the 6 commercial buildings. They required various renovations from rough construction, roofing, finish carpentry, and painting. While this series of projects were underway, we also managed and maintained a different 4 unit income property with garage and lot. These endeavors included renting the units, caring for rental agreements, and collecting rents. It also required handling various renter concerns and complaints in a effective manner.At the point that the major remodeling was coming to a end, I was recruited by Sargent & Potratz, on the recommendation of a former work associate from Andrews/Mautner.We continue to own income properties and manage them at the present.
