Having spent my career in the PR and marketing arena, I set up Resolution with a desire to change the industry and create an agency with a difference. Choosing to work with organisations who are experts in their field, Resolution takes a strategic approach, developing and implementing communication plans that connect with target audiences and are driven by business goals.Utilising traditional engagement methods alongside modern ideas, the hand selected team at Resolution manages the client’s business profile in its entirety. Working with clients within the region and nationally, we like nothing more than extracting stories and presenting them in a way the audience will listen.Combining functional design and the written word, alongside face to face engagement, Resolution has successfully helped its clients raise their profile within existing markets and enter new ones.I am an ideas person and enjoy listening to the challenges of our clients and creating campaigns to align with their business KPIs. I strongly believe every communication should be outcome focussed and offer a return on investment. Although I have travelled all over the world with clients, Stockton is my home and I have a genuine desire to shout about the achievements of the town and Teesside as a region. I am particularly passionate about skills retention and active in promoting the region as a great place to live and work.
