• Supervise one full-time Assistant Residence Area Coordinator, 4-7 Residence Directors, 1-3 full-time administrative assistants, 22-40 Student Staff and 18-40 Desk Clerks through training, on-going personal and.
• Responsible for the daily operations (occupancy, physical plant issues, student problems, parent concerns, needs assessment, program development and implementation) for 2-14 residence halls housing 1,200-1,800 students.
• Manage budgets from different funding sources with varying spending limitations and documentation requirements. Help staff and student groups budget their allocated funds. Audit accounts to check for accuracy.
• Assess facility needs, research options and propose replacements and upgrades as needed. Coordinate with OSU Purchasing and local vendors to ensure proper procedures are followed for the use of state funds.
• Oversee all hall programming, student committees and staff/student advisory responsibilities.
• Respond after hours to severe policy violations, crisis situations and emergencies.

Assist in the coordination of a national career fair for Student Affairs professionals with approximately 1400 candidates and employers participating in 2012.

Advised students, supervised staff (including hiring, training and evaluation), facilitated student development through programming and conduct adjudication and managed the use of the residence hall.

Worked with another Gradudate Hall Director to facilitate an environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth for approximately 550 students.
