In my role I lead, manage and inspire a team of global Business Development Representatives specialising in SAP ERP & Analytics, ServiceNow, Infor SunSystems & HxGN EAM applications. I provide guidance and support to help the Team achieve their goals. Identify and implement new strategies and tactics to help drive pipeline and revenue growth, and improve team performance. Continually monitor and analyse data and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this information to make data-driven decisions. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers. Work with the Sapphire leadership team to develop and oversee implementation of a comprehensive business development plan. Manage relationships with vendors and partners in order to execute on the business development and marketing strategy . Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on multi-channel campaigns and demand generation initiatives.

I am a very experienced, highly motivated, customer focused sales & marketing professional. I have worked within the financial and ERP software sector for over twenty five years. Every day is different in my role which makes it really interesting.
