As a professional driver, I have a profound love for the open road, the road trip, the tiki tour, the local diary run in fact I love jumping into many vehicles and becoming one with technology!That's why I am dedicated to steering positive change in New Zealand's driving culture. My skills at connecting with people through patience and empathy, coupled with real-world insights, enable me to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fuelling my passion for fostering relationships that last well beyond the click of the car door!I engage with drivers from various life experiences, offering tailored advice to upskill or alter ineffective driving behaviours for their benefit and that of other road users. By leveraging their personal experiences, I guide them on a new path. Drawing on crucial insights I have gained over many years into a drivers' mindset, I pride myself on overcoming the defensiveness that many associate with having someone come along and help them in driving. This helps to promote a culture of positivity, safety, and mutual respect resulting in a safer calibre of driver.My goal is to inspire all the drivers I come into contact with to hold themselves to a higher standard and to motivate others to do the same. I firmly believe that our nation's poor road toll record stems from a collective need for an attitude shift in how we approach driving. I am determined to play a role in diminishing the suspicion, negativity, aggression, and bullying that has infiltrated our driving culture and play a part in reducing fatalities, serious injuries and even just the rear-view bullying that goes on constantly on our roads and instead return to an era of enjoyment, tolerance and safer success.
