That's the world I strive to create every single day.As the founder of the Black Counsel Forum (BCF) and a dedicated advocate for advancing Black lawyers, I have committed myself to raising our collective voices. Throughout my 20-year legal career, including as a Director at Accenture and Associate General Counsel – Europe at Genpact, a multi-billion dollar global technology and business process outsourcing company, I've become the person that lawyers call for connection and guidance. The inaugural Black Counsel Forum in 2022 was a milestone event that echoed our vision and set the pace for many future successes. We are now looking forward to BCF24 our 3rd annual conference!Through BCF, I have created a unique, safe space that fosters learning, support, and growth – a sanctuary where we set our agenda and work towards dismantling barriers.
