The Assessment Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the assessment process for Accounting Technicians Ireland’s qualifications. The Education Department has overall responsibility for the integrity of qualifications and the conduct of all aspects of the assessment of these qualifications. This includes Approved Partner programme QA, Student Registration, QQI & CCEA Quality Assurance, Assessment and Learning supports provision.

• Coordinate the efficient and timely delivery of Digital Marketing Institute training programmes in classroom and on customer site.• Organise and manage the successful delivery of the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing programme in London, Manchester, Belfast, Dublin City Centre as well as other training events in Dublin, and regional locations. • Programme Advocate and coordinator for the on-going development of this programme.The Digital Marketing Institute is a global digital marketing training, education and certification company. • Provide high-quality co-ordination support for programmes in the faculties of Media & Journalism and Arts & Psychotherapy• First point of contact for students on all programme related issues, providing them with efficient information on course related matters, coordinating responses to student queriesand student concerns• Liaising as required with Heads of Faculties, lecturing staff, the Registrar’s Office and other groups in IC involved in the provision of services to students• Support the promotion of programmes to target audiences through all available communication channels• Generation of programme reports and statistical reports at key times during the year• Assisting the programme team with the development of course documentation including new course validations and programmatic reviews• Maintaining comprehensive electronic and paper filing systems• Supporting other departments in IC at key times of the year
