Report To The Directors Of Process Engineering Department and Mechanical Engineering DepartmentACCOMPLISHMENT IN PROCESS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT:1) Prepared a FEED Process Work Check List. As part of this work, I thoroughly reviewed JGC company standards, tools and other documents as provided by JGC Yokahama (JGCY) and incorporated those practices into the FEED Process Work Check List and consolidated JGC’s Process Work Check List and added my additional recommendations and suggestions, submitted it to the director of process department2) Prepared a Process Work Flow Chart as “JGC Way”, and submitted to Director of Process Department. To do this work, I consolidate existing ten JGC Process Work Flow Charts supplied by Process Director 3) Categorized, organized, suggested and established the necessary standards, calculation tools and software that required for the process engineer in the execution of process design work at JGC Houston Office. They now are in use at JGCA Process Department.4) Prepared Process Data Sheets templates and Equipment Lists used in JGCA office5) Prepared and presented training materials for “Heat Exchanger design Calculation”ACCOMPLISHMENT IN THE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT1) Prepared and presented training materials report of “How to use HTRI interface with COMPRESS Software to design Heat Exchangers”2) Invited multiple vendors in JGC office to introduce their products and technologies. They are: HTRI, BASF, Hudson and Ariel.3) Worked with a piping stress specialist leaned to use the code and FEA calculations to check pressure vessel design.4) Sized LNG project Heat Exchangers and Air Coolers together with a Heat Exchanger expert.5) Prepared a draft MR for Air Cooler and Shell and Tube Exchangers.
