About Sharon Wight, M.S., M.A.

I am a high achieving individual who loves working with education and technology. I know that the way we learn is changing at a rapid pace, with the pandemic changing it in unexpected ways. I obtained my Masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology to help keep up with these changes; This program taught me the latest trends in instructional learning theory, UDL, program management, and learning technologies. During my time in this program, I focused much of my work on sensory processing challenges in higher education, as this is an area that has been overlooked in research.This, alongside my work in Educational Technology at Edlio, as well as increasing my footprint in disability advocacy initiatives both in my area and country wide allow me to embark on my greatest dream - ensuring that no one of any ability is left behind due to inaccessiblity to technology or assistance.
